Rates for "fear of driving" coaching services

Individual coaching session

Process:

The various coaching sessions are held starting from either:

• Our head office: rue des Tulipes, 6 in 1950 Kraainem
• Our seminar room located in 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert / Brussels

They can also be organized at an address of your choice, subject to a travel fee mentioned during the appointment confirmation. 

Coaching sessions are offered at the following times: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM to 04:30 PM, 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM.

• They can be organized on working days and weekends (dates to be agreed upon together)
• With a specialized coach for personalized training
• For participant(s) of the same language group during the same day (in French, Dutch, or English)
• The coaching will begin in the classroom with a presentation (photos, films for realistic situational scenarios) 
• Next, the participant gets into their vehicle, accompanied by their coach (or behind the wheel of a vehicle we can provide, subject to our terms), to take the wheel for a practical session in daily traffic under real driving conditions.
• Debriefing with an analysis of the participant's various reactions

FLAT RATE for 4 hours: €375.00 VAT included

Payment and Reservation Conditions

Prices in € and including 21% VAT. These prices do not include any ancillary costs, but only the educational part of the training.

Following our agreement regarding your reservation request for the indicated date(s), made via your order form or by email, we will send you the corresponding invoice. A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of our invoice, including 21% VAT, must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the said invoice. The balance, including 21% VAT, must be paid by bank transfer to the same account at least 5 working days before the scheduled date of the first service. The confirmation of your reservation and the performance of our services will only be guaranteed after receipt of the deposit and the balance of our invoice as stipulated above. Payments must be made to the Belfius account BE27 0682 4908 1273 in the name of Rodolphe Koentges/Go For Safe Driving. In the event of cancellation or postponement by the client within 5 working days preceding the scheduled date, for whatever reason, the amounts paid will be definitively retained by the organizer. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the amounts already paid will entitle you to a voucher for an identical service. This voucher will be valid for a maximum period of 6 months, and a new date must be set by mutual agreement between the parties. If the coaching is limited to a half-day, organized from your home, office, or another address, a supplement of 50% of the daily flat rate will be charged. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation and/or execution of this order, only the French-speaking courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
